Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscription products, recurring delivery plans, and any purchase options offered by Refill Water Store.


🔄 Subscription & Recurring Delivery Plans

Customers who enroll in a subscription or recurring delivery plan agree to the following terms:

Billing

  • Subscription charges are billed automatically based on the selected delivery frequency.

  • A valid payment method must be maintained on file at all times.


⏸️ Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription at any time through their customer account, including:

  • Pausing deliveries

  • Skipping scheduled deliveries

  • Changing delivery frequency

  • Updating payment methods

  • Canceling the subscription


❌ Cancellation Terms

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

  • Cancellations apply to future deliveries only.

  • Once a subscription order has been processed or billed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancellations must be completed before the next billing date.


🚚 Missed or Scheduled Deliveries

  • If a cancellation or change is made after billing has occurred, the scheduled delivery will proceed as planned.

  • Refill Water Store is not responsible for missed deliveries caused by late cancellation requests.


💳 Failed Payments

  • If a subscription payment fails, delivery may be paused until payment information is updated.

  • Continued failed payments may result in automatic cancellation of the subscription.


🧾 One-Time Purchases

  • One-time purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • One-time purchases do not renew automatically.
