Refund policy

At Refill Water Store, due to the nature of our products and services, the following refund and return policy applies.


💧 Water Products (Purified & Alkaline)

  • All water sales are final once delivered or picked up.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on filled water containers.

  • This includes single jugs, bundles, and subscription deliveries.


🚚 Delivery Issues & Order Errors

If there is an issue with your order, such as:

  • Incorrect item

  • Missing item

  • Damaged container

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Resolution may include replacement or credit at our discretion.


🔁 Subscriptions

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

  • Customers may pause, skip, or cancel future deliveries through their customer account portal.

  • Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming delivery.

  • Cancellations apply to future deliveries only.


🧰 Accessories & Merchandise

  • Unopened and unused accessories (such as pumps or stands) may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Filled water containers

  • Delivered water products

  • Subscription orders already processed

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
