If there is an issue with your order, such as:

Damaged container
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Resolution may include replacement or credit at our discretion.

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

Customers may pause, skip, or cancel future deliveries through their customer account portal.
