Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

Refill Water Store provides local delivery and in-store pickup only. We do not ship products via mail carriers at this time.

We offer local delivery within approximately 25 miles of our store location:

Customers located outside of our standard delivery area may contact us to see if delivery is available in their location. Availability for extended delivery areas is subject to scheduling, distance, and operational capacity and is not guaranteed.

🚛 Delivery Minimums

  • A minimum of two (2) five-gallon water jugs is required for delivery orders.

  • Orders that do not meet the delivery minimum may be declined or adjusted.

💲 Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery within 0–15 miles

  • Additional delivery fees apply for locations 15–25 miles

  • Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

🗓️ Delivery Timing

  • Delivery dates and times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Delivery schedules may vary due to weather, traffic, holidays, or operational needs.

  • We will contact customers if there are any significant delivery delays.

🏠 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information at checkout

  • Ensuring safe and accessible delivery locations

  • Securing pets, gates, or access codes if required

Refill Water Store is not responsible for missed deliveries due to inaccessible locations or incorrect information provided by the customer.

🔁 Subscription Deliveries

  • Subscription deliveries follow the schedule selected at checkout.

  • Changes to delivery frequency, address, or delivery preferences must be made before the next billing date to take effect.

  • Changes made after billing may not apply to the upcoming delivery.

🏬 In-Store Pickup

  • In-store pickup is available during normal business hours.

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

❗ Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with your delivery (missing items, incorrect items, or damaged containers), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
