About Refill Water Store

Refill Water Store began with a simple question.

Growing up and spending time in the New York City and New Jersey area, water refill stations were a normal part of weekly life — affordable, convenient places to refill water jugs for home or work. When our family relocated to Massachusetts, we were surprised to find that the same option wasn’t readily available locally.

Each time we traveled back to visit family, we found ourselves refilling water there and asking the same thing: Why isn’t this available at home?

That question became the foundation for Refill Water Store.

Now based in Chicopee, Massachusetts, we opened Refill Water Store to bring that familiar, practical refill model to our new community. Our water is purified in-store using a multi-stage Reverse Osmosis system, providing clean, great-tasting drinking water without contracts, inflated pricing, or reliance on national bottled water companies.

What started as a solution for our own household quickly grew into a service for others. Today, we proudly serve both residential and commercial customers through in-store refills and local water delivery throughout the area.

All of our water is produced in-store using a multi-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) purification process that removes impurities and contaminants. Customers can choose between purified RO water or alkaline water that is enhanced after purification.
