Delivery FAQs
Yes. We offer local and extended water delivery for residential and commercial customers.
Our delivery pricing is simple and transparent:
- Purified Water: $7.50 per full 5-gallon jug
- Alkaline Water: $9.50 per full 5-gallon jug
Delivery fees are based on distance from our Chicopee location:
- 0–15 miles: Free delivery
- 15–25 miles: $10 delivery fee
- 25–40 miles: $25 delivery fee (extended delivery zone — $75 minimum order required)
- 40–60 miles: $50 delivery fee (extended delivery zone — $125 minimum order required)
A 3-jug minimum is required for all delivery orders.
Extended delivery zones are subject to availability and minimum purchase requirements.
Delivery dates are scheduled automatically. Orders are billed in advance and delivered within 1–2 business days from the purchase date, depending on route availability.
Yes. Customers can set up recurring deliveries (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled at any time.
No. We do not require long-term contracts. You can pause, skip, or cancel your delivery plan at any time before your next billing date.
Delivery orders are charged prior to delivery. Recurring deliveries are billed automatically based on the selected schedule.
Yes. We deliver to offices, salons, gyms, medical practices, and other commercial locations.
We deliver throughout Chicopee and surrounding Western Massachusetts communities. Our standard delivery area covers locations within approximately 25 miles of our Chicopee location. Extended delivery zones beyond this area may be available with additional delivery fees and minimum order requirements, subject to availability.
